I am Arushi Dhiman, with a strong academic background in Microbial and Food Technology and Microbial Biotechnology. My journey has always been driven by curiosity, research, and a deep belief that science should create real value in everyday life. At Swachh Paani, I work as the Research Lead, focusing on water quality understanding, mineral water research, microbiological safety documentation, and science-backed communication. I believe that something as essential as water deserves the highest level of care, honesty, and quality. My role is to ensure that Swachh Paani is not just presented as a premium glass-bottled water brand, but as a trustworthy, quality-conscious, and scientifically informed hydration choice. I am passionate about delivering the best quality possible by combining research, safety, clarity, and consumer trust. Through my work, I aim to make the science of mineral water simple, reliable, and meaningful for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and modern consumers.

Some of the best business ideas don't begin in a boardroom—they begin with a simple observation. During my 13+ years in the aviation industry, I had the privilege of experiencing exceptional hospitality across hundreds of hotels, cafés, and restaurants. Swachh Pani is built on a vision to redefine hospitality through a circular, returnable glass bottle ecosystem, helping businesses replace single-use plastic with premium, reusable glass bottles while strengthening their own brand identity. But I didn't want to build just another bottled water company. I wanted to solve a much bigger problem. This is more than a water brand. It is a movement to transform how India serves water—one bottle, one business, and one sustainable partnership at a time. By aligning luxury, branding, and environmental responsibility, we are building a model that benefits businesses, customers, and the planet alike.
Abhivansh Narang
With over 23 years of cross-industry experience, Abhivansh Narang serves as the Product & Operations Advisor at Swachh Pani, bringing a wealth of expertise in manufacturing, product development, quality systems, and operational excellence. His professional journey includes 15 years in the packaged drinking water industry, where he has worked extensively on water processing, production management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing operations. His deep understanding of the water sector plays a key role in helping Swachh Pani maintain the highest standards of safety, consistency, and product quality. Prior to this, Abhivansh gained 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, developing strong capabilities in process improvement, operational efficiency, quality management, and lean manufacturing. He further broadened his expertise with 3 years in the packaging industry, focusing on packaging innovation, material optimization, production processes, and sustainable packaging solutions.
